Terms of service

Effective 8 September 2026. Trial and billing wording clarified 11 September 2026.

These terms describe the rules for using Quoveta, which is operated by Arbah Works, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States.

The service

Quoveta helps businesses create, review, send, and follow up on quotes. It also lets quote recipients view a quote and accept it, decline it, or ask a question through a restricted link.

Your account

You must provide accurate account and business information, protect your sign-in details, and use Quoveta only for lawful business activity. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have reported unauthorized access.

Your business and quote content

You remain responsible for customer details, prices, taxes, descriptions, terms, and other content entered into Quoveta. You must have the right to use that information and a lawful basis for contacting each recipient. Quoveta provides workflow and document tools, not legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Customer decisions

A customer action records assent through the restricted quote link and preserves the related quote version. It does not independently verify the recipient's identity and is not a substitute for a qualified electronic-signature service where one is legally required.

Subscriptions and billing

Eligible new owners may use a free 21-day Pro trial without a payment card, limited to 10 distinct quotes. The clock starts with the first provider-accepted quote email or successful final PDF export. Drafts and previews do not start it. Sending and exporting the same quote use one slot; a new revision uses another. Eligibility is tied to the owner and does not reset with a new workspace. Some existing owners are not eligible. The trial does not create a subscription or charge automatically. Once the allowance is used, new quotes require a subscription to send or export; follow-ups for counted quotes may continue until trial expiry. After expiry, new sends, automatic follow-ups and new final PDF exports require a subscription. Previously issued documents and customer responses remain accessible under their existing access and validity rules. Starter and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, with annual Pro available where offered. Checkout shows the applicable plan, price, currency, billing interval, renewal details and any taxes configured for the sale before payment. Paid sending requires an active subscription and any applicable plan allowance. A past-due subscription has a seven-day grace period before sending access is restricted.

Availability and changes

Quoveta may perform maintenance, fix security issues, and change the service as it develops. We work to keep the service available and preserve quote history, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal opened from Quoveta. The portal shows when the change takes effect. Cancellation does not erase existing quote records or customer decisions.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights apply if and to the extent that you use the service as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Quoveta, billing, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published. Continued use after an applicable change takes effect means the revised terms apply, subject to rights provided by law.
